Sounds to me like your saying everything is ok, regardless of conscious understanding. That's a good frame to have to release a lot of stress. I've been more to myself socially and am in a inner building stage. Sexually there's experiences and fantasies I have and I'm ok with that. I enjoy visualizing and seeing things play out as they do in my imaginal acts. Freedom does feel nice and I feel its a spectrum for sure, since it means different things for all of us.

Just an observation and question based on my own lived experience, and only watching the initial 22min Are you sure you’re not suppressing desire? It seems like you’ve convinced yourself that analysing desire until the desire is no longer important is a more noble path than acting on desire, or something to that effect.

It even seems to be obligatory to "be ok".

Krishnamurti didn't smile much. Nisargadata and Ramana always seemed to be smiling, at least their eyes always seemed to be smiling. Your eyes do that when you smile too. It is said that the eyes are the windows of the soul, and it is by this illumination that those who are awakened perceive the self same state in others.

Everything 'out there' is a reflection of 'in here'.. This is called the hermetic dictum. 'As above, so below'. If humanity is disturbing then at some level that is how you perceive yourself. If you don't accept that everything out there reflects in here, that is duality.

I think finding happiness forever is attainable. Isn't that what you are attempting with non-duality? Or am I missing some subtle semantic nuance?? Bliss as opposed to happiness? When one really conquers the illusion of separation, all that is left is happiness.

Felt like sharing a lil story here: After letting go of "me". Very uncomfortable situations being let go again and again. A thought was followed cause of money. Even though it was clear it was not "me" that cares about it, there was no one here. No care, No time. Finally rest. For some reason that can't be explained body was "forced" to finnish this fkn job exam, even though no one wanted to do it. It was clear "safety" is not in money or future. after some weeks the "me" and "time" was back. Now there is blaming and incredible fear. Only relief is when "me" dissapwrs again. It's like a fkn nightmare, literally. Like the fear is stronger than before because the "emptiness" or no time cant be trusted( is what the mind feels). It's incredible sad. That what was once healed, is now in panic and fear again. It's fucked, i'm fucked. What took the literal "death" of me is back cause of a fkn Online job exam. Now this "process" , this "death" has become a thing again. Like enlightenment was once was back in the days. //Cheers from a fucked human being

What actually is this about?

The sexual part is still apart of the human experience and I don't think you can escape the urge, but just come to to accept it as a part of the experience of being a human. Just last night my dog would not stop humping my friends leg lol and it made me think she can't help it.

So long as sexual energy is not used defensively, it’s the best primal energy for transformation, awareness, and enjoyment, It’s the mental conflict that causes the pain. It’s the mass ego manipulation of sexual energy that causes pain and left behind feelings. Sexual energy is also the communal joy, liberation of a collective acceptance and forgiveness, we need others so badly because community psyche is broken, leaving people on their own, making simple things so complicated.

Bashar (ET) mentioned the 7 basic needs to survive as a human being in this physical human body. One of the needs (the least importance in order) is self-expression. It is the least important in the list because one can be able to not fulfil this need for a longer period of time before they would die. Dying in essence might not be physical death but death on any levels, although if one truly cannot take it, physical death would likely be made. Above this is connection. Connection is thus often prioritised over true self-expression, even possibly at the expense of true self-expression. and so you see people mostly try to fit in to dim their true personal light. But of course, there would reach a breaking point where the true self-expression of oneself needs to be met. and so people struggle with trying to be free from fitting in to standing strong trying to express their true self at the expense of connection. It’s not an easy task in essence and I think some people might not even do it, giving up their last need (personal self-expression) for the sake of the 6th need of connection. Of course, it gets easier when people start to accept the fact that they don’t need to have the connections that they think they actually needed in the past, at the expense of their last need of personal self-expression.

I know it's not possible but if we could keep that sexual energy active 24/7 then no need for meditation anymore it would be like an eternal bliss
